Types of Guerrilla Marketing

1.Ambient Marketing:

Integrates ads into the environment in surprising ways. For example, placing ads on everyday objects or in unexpected places, like a crosswalk painted with a brand logo.

2.Experiential Marketing:

Focuses on live brand experiences that allow people to interact directly with a product or concept, such as pop-up events or product demos in public spaces.

3.Stealth Marketing:

Involves promoting a product subtly without the audience realizing it’s an ad, such as influencers using a product without openly endorsing it.

4.Viral or Buzz Marketing:

Aims to create content that’s so engaging, funny, or shocking that it spreads quickly across social media platforms.

5.Ambush Marketing:

When a brand “ambushes” or capitalizes on a public event to promote itself without official sponsorship. For example, a brand hosting an event outside a major sports game.

6.Street Marketing:

Focuses on using public streets for marketing stunts or artistic displays, including graffiti, street performances, and other spontaneous acts that draw crowds.
