Present Perfect Continuous

The present perfect continuous tense is used to describe actions that started in the past and continued in the present, or that have recently stopped but have a present relevance. It emphasizes the duration or ongoing nature of the process.

Composition:
Affirmation: subject + have/has been + verb + -ing
Negative: Subject + have/has not been + verb + -ing
Interrogative: Have/Has + subject + been + verb + -ing?
Examples:
Affirmation:

I have been studying for three hours.
She has been working in this company since 2020.
They watched TV all afternoon.
Cons:

I haven’t studied in a long time.
He was not feeling well recently.
We don’t go to the gym regularly.
Inquiry:

Are you studying for a test?
Has she been working here for a long time?
Are they watching this show?
