In a unilevel plan, distributors can recruit as many people as they want directly under them (at the first level). There is no limit to the width of their downline. Income comes directly from recruits and their sales, but commissions usually decrease as you go deeper into the levels.

Unlimited Breadth: You can recruit an unlimited number of distributors directly under you at the first level.
Commissions on multiple levels: You earn commissions for a few levels (eg, 5 or 7 levels) on the sales of your direct recruits and their recruits.

Simple Structure: The plan is straightforward, with a focus on earning from personal recruits and a few generations of their downline.

Examples: Young Living, Nu Skin.

Advantages:

Simple compensation structure compared to binary or matrix plans.
There is no restriction on the number of direct recruits.
Ideal for those who specialize in personal recruitment and direct selling.

Disadvantages:

As you go deeper into your downline, the earning potential can decrease.
Lack of built-in team support like binary plans (no spillover effect).
